The beach is an easy walk away, perfect for sunset strolls or sandy mornings with coffee in hand. Pull out the board games on a lazy night in and let the laughter take over. Resort requires wristbands ($20/guest, ages 5+) and a parking fee ($25/vehicle), both paid on-site.

House Rules
☼ Unregistered quests and visitors not allowed ☼ Quiet time hours are 11pm-7am ☼ No drugs, smoking, vaping in home or on patio ☼Guests must follow HOA Rules and Guidelines ☼No Pets ☼Do not leave trash bags outside on teh patio. All trash must be taken to the dumpster in a timely manner. ☼No golf carts or golf cart rentals allowed on the premises for guests / renters. Upon check-in, visit the main office to obtain parking permits and wristbands. Wristbands are $20 each and will be paid for (via credit card) at office. Also there is an additional $25 parking pass fee that you can pick up at the front desk as well. Parking is first come first serve. We do not have assigned parking however there is parking available right in front of our unit which you normally can find a spot there! Because we want this to be comfortable and relaxing for all community guests, failure to follow these rules could result in the immediate cancellation of your stay.

☼ Private and gated ☼ Guests are required to purchase wrist bands for $20 a piece and it will give you access to all of the neighborhood amenities, including 4 pools (1 heated pool), 1 hot tub, 1 kiddie pool, Tennis Courts, Shuffleboard, and 18 hole Putt Putt.

When you’re here, the whole townhouse is yours! You’ll also have access to all amenities within the community! We provide the sports equipment listed above. Beach access is just for guests of our community and one other resort.

There are many spots just outside our unit, but all spaces are first-come.
